I don't really hate hip-hop, just not my scene. I'm more into Indie and Rock (Smiths, Roses etc), as well as some dance from the early 90s

Stone Roses were okay, Smiths rather dull and depressing from what I heard of them.

All a bunch of Northern Monkeys really though.

Black Grape and Happy Mondays came close to rap, Shaun Ryder wasn't exactly a singer anyway.
