Johnny J was an awesome producer. Most of the best All Eyez On Me tracks were done by him.

Doesn't sound like Jay Electronicas album is coming out any time soon...

Jay Electronica

I just youtubed him he is all right, never heard of before though (tbh I never heard of most the rappers you mentioned).

Elias, he was the next bog thing a year or two ago. Everyone wanted to sign him, ended up with Jay Z on Roc Nation, and that is about all...

Hit 'Em Up is just pure aggression.
The lyrics aren't particularly good, the flow isn't that good and the production is not great.

Who shot ya > hit em up

I like 2pac more than biggie though.

Biggies disses on Life After Death are far better.

Kick In The Door @ Nas, and some of the more subtle disses that are probably at Pac (Long Kiss, Whats beef, You're Nobody...)

Favourite producers?

Who Shot Ya is a quality track, but alledgedly was written long before Pac was shot, and was not aimed at him...

What

I thought it was a 2pac diss. I always fast forward Diddy's part, I hate the guy.

Dilla, RZA, 9th Wonder, Hi-Tek, Premier, Just Blaze, Organised Noize.

Elias, it probably was but that was the official Bad Boy line.

Pac took it as a diss, no question.

Diddy ruined many a Biggie song with his ego. Suge Knight was right when he criticized Puffy for that.

I wish I was old enough to listen hip hop in the 90's. I got in to hip hop in the wrong era.

Poor Elias

Most of my favourite albums were released between 92 and 97 I think.
