Fridgeboy.....................................The Man City V Chelsea game was originally supposed to be TONIGHT, it has been rescheduled to Wednesday because of Chelsea's FA Cup match on Saturday!

sorry, just realised that the Man City game is scheduled for Wednesday. It was P-P before the Muamba incident, probably as Chelsea were in the F.A Cup.

It's an awful thing to happen but i'll be very surprised if any game other than Bolton's are called off, possibly ours as it's a traumatic thing to have to see. Defoe for instance didn't seem to deal with it too well on the pitch.

Greaves

It all depends on how our players are feeling, pretty sure Defoe is a good friend of Fabrice so you never know

Chicken!!

Years ago I worked as a Senior manager for BT in National Accounts. I was asked by my Director would I mind if they put me in charge of our Corporate Box at White Hart Lane........................................Did I mind??

This was in the late 80's, the days of Gascoigne, Hoddle etc. I was an extremely popular person with the sales force when it came to allocating who could take their customers to what matches.

RRP,

Defoe is a "mate" of Muamba but (a) we have other strikers if he's not up to it, & (b) i'm sure he will want to pay his respects in a similar way that Cahill did.

And that can only be a good thing.

I would think Adebayor will play on Wednesday anyway, so if Defoe feels he is not in the right frame of mind then he can sit it out. I don't think he will though as he wants to keep getting game time.

Chicken - Everyone has there own way of paying respects, maybe in Defoe's case he would rather sit this one out in respect to his friend, we just dont know

Just to add a bit of light hearted humour (with respect ), we know Defoe loves to wear a message on his t-shirts, so hopefully he can get the chance to show it this time.
