Oh I did think Pedersen faded slightly in the last 15 minutes with a couple of careless passes, but I won't let that overshadow some stellar form he has found
Agree on Nzonzi, can't say enough about the guy last night, simply immense. Yakubu was also exceptional in holding up the ball and bringing others in to play, and without a hint of doubt buried his one good chance with ease.
Defensively was pleasing to see Dann and Hanley, although troubled little, perform very solidly, also the love of my love Martin with an immense goal line block.
Also think Kean has made a good choice in Robbo as captain, I've always been critical of his lack of communication and not dominating his area enough, but last night he was constantly barking orders at the entire team and marshalling everyone into position and to mark their men, was great to hear.
Still don't seem to recall it, although I think I might remember Nobles. Oh well, it was 3 years ago and many a braincell has been killed in that time.
Was just about to bring up Nzonzi, but then went for a cig instead. Thought he was immense last night and unlucky not to get Man of the Match last night, but obviously we are trying to persuade Junior to stay by giving him Peter Jackson watches.
Was joping to see Martins goal line tackle on SSN when Igot in last night but they didn't show it when I was watching. Hopefully it will be on MOTD tonight

He made, shall we say, an impact for Stevenage last night

Carries this on until summer and there'll be a lot of clubs sniffing I reckon.

Venkys will probably release him on a free anyway!

Meant to mention that at some point. Looked stunning from the Darwen End and even better on TV. That looked for all the world a tap in for Bendtner from the second it was crossed in. Cracking stuff.

One of the best bits of defending you are ever likely to see and coupled with the Korean's howler, the reason the points eventually belonged to us.
For MO to show the desire to get there ahead of Bendtner and then to somehow wriggle the ball to safety was amazing.
Hero is a word too often used, but Martin Olsson is a hero
if only he'd learn that absolutely smacking it isn't the only crossing option!
