Get in the real world!

No team will ever get promoted by having 3 managers in a season! Proof? The mandaric era! Success comes with time and stability. Second, a good management team and structure thirdly a good balanced team and not with egos or players who think they deserve a place in the team because of performances 18 months ago!

Sven purchased a load of over priced egos some will change some have changed and some will leave because they can't change! Pearson will do it. He just needs more than 4 months and a pre season would help where each match is about preparation and not about show casing the team!

It would also help if most fans didn't want promotion yesterday!

Pearson interview, bored of hearing him say it's not good enough, it will be put right, we didn't defend well.

Err tell us something we don't know Nigel!

And he will get it right, we need to stick with him what's the point of sacking him and starting all over again!
He has got the attack sorted and the midfield and he will do the same with the defence!
If we had one 3-2 would you be on here criticising?? No you wouldn't, its fine margins!

Everyone will be happy when he is sacked and Iain dowie is in charge! Put kasper up from the beckford in goal and then make Gallagher captain!

Can someone tell my why Mills isn't playing then?
We've conceded way too many goals lately!

I would imagine attitude from what we have heard followed by perfomances and discipline on top of that! The defence I agree is a concern but sacking Pearson really is not the answer!

^ nor is bringing back mills - not like we were keeping clean sheets with him in the side.

At least we can score

My point is that Pearson is clearly trying to prove a point to Mills that he's the boss but in turn it's effecting the team.

I couldn't help but notice Mills warming up on his own before the Birmingham match. That's never good man management and I can't imagine why he couldn't warm up with the rest of the squad.
Looked like he was trying to make a point!

I assume you're basing the idea that Mills would do any better on evidence other than what we've seen this season?
