Irish 'Pool supporter since cup final '89. Might have been a glory-hunting thing but i'll excuse myself as I was 6 (was the only Irish televised match all season). Anyway, when I changed schools I found 90% of my class mates had jumped on the '93 Man U bandwagon which instilled a deep dislike for 10 year old glory hunters (6 years old acceptable - 10 years old just plain ignorant) and obviously Man U themselves. Since then the '96 cup final was the lowest point of my tenure as a supporter but with my fanaticism/obbsession growing exponentially over the years where i rarely miss a minute of any Liverpool fixture, I did get to experience the glorious highs of Houllier's treble and also Istanbul.
