Villa don't deserve CL based on today's performance, and I am guessing by their drop second half of the season it hasn't been pretty. Weren't good at all today

I have been briefly told by my Dad we were two down from predictably comical defending, came back to 2-2 and then Palmer missed a sitter. About right?

TBF those do get given when a goal comes immediately after. So that specific incident I can see why VAR gives the foul, as there is clear contact from Bads.

But it is frustrating after the ignored handball in the semi and other VAR irregularities.

The problem I have is that anywhere else on the pitch, it's not given as a foul.

Referees being incompetent generally is just a feature of football now, not a bug.You have to take games out of VARs hands by taking chances.

For instance, I have just seen the Palmer chance my word that's an awful finish! Would've made Disasi fiasco irrelevant.

Seen the goal - sorry it's a clear foul. I'd have been screaming if the opposition had been granted that. Shoved him in the back

We dominated most of that game, Villa were awful

Villa were bad. We had loads of possession but did very little with it until the end.

Many sitters were missed as normal. Nicky had the easiest one in the first half. And again just dumb choices by our attackers for the most part. Lacked urgency for 89 mins then we woke up. Poor in game management and lack of any sort of tactics in well as Nick put it ANYWHERE on the pitch
