Hopefully The Equalizer will manage to seal the deal for £5. That would be a bargain. Even so £6m for a year is good business. I expect there will be fixed future fee included so that we have the option to buy.
Before today, would people have been happy for us to get Falcao permanently for £30m on a 5 year deal?

Greg we conceded only 43 goals just like we did the previous season, lack of goals plagued last season and this season and this is this season without carrick to. Dare I say it last 2 away games been dreadful.

Our defence was atrocious the season we won the league.
We only won because we simply scored more than the opposition.

If the rumours that RVP is going to be out for six months are true, it seems a logical move to me. It's a loan move, so money-wise not huge implications (for a world class player).

Manchester United fans won't have too long to wait for a goal from the Colombian if he follows the same path from his time in Madrid. Whilst with Atletico his minutes-per-goal record stood at 112.4 minutes per goal. Louis van Gaal's United have already gone 253 minutes since their last goal.
After only scoring two goals all season, Van Gaal will be hoping that Falcao can quickly find goal-scoring form but there is more to the striker than that. He also has a decent record in creating chances for his team mates.

Who would have thought Man utd would get Di Maria. The price ain't that bad when you see how much James Rodriguez an unproven player cost. We got Monaco's best striker to on loan while James Rodriguez was overpaid for by Real Madrid so much so they got Hernandez on loan.
