He's a nice guy with a good attitude, he's ok, it shows the lack of quantity of top quality strikers about, he'll work hard and give his all- that ain't a bad thing, Brian Kidd the last striker we bought off utd, we sold them Stapleton and v.persie.

Signing Welbeck is not like signing Silvestre - OK he's not 1st tier - we'll just have to see what Wenger can do with him.
At least he's streets better than SoNoGoals.

Tbf Welbeck was a decent player under Fergie, then Moyes came along and his performance went down. It's up to Wenger to re-ignite his quality. Henry came from the Juve bench to the top of the PL.
I think you'll be surprised with him, he's a good player. I'm gutted he's leaving. Good luck darn sarf Danny

Everyone and his dog (except for the dog Wenger) knows how much of a lump Welbeck is. It has been noticed over the years !
Arsenal fans should listen to SAF interview after Man utd won 1-2 at the emirates in the 2011/12 season. He missed 4 or 5 good chances then scored probably his hardest chance but it was instinctive. Hairdryer treatment was coming his way till he scored.
Welbeck probably had his best run of form up front for United under Moyes.
Welbeck is just 23, wenger will make him a top draw striker
