Finally got round to watching Alien Romulus.

80% of it was pretty damn good, last 20% is stupid.

80% homage to first two films and I really enjoyed it , 20% trying to link in Prometheus which took the shine right off it. Ridley Scott getting his way and getting them to add that in was so obvious.

8/10 for the most part and 3/10 for the last part

worth it .... like I said for the most part its what you want in an alien film. super tense, claustrophobic, and very much in the mould of the first two films. Wont spoil it for you will wait til you watch it first.

The Ridley Scott interference is quite noticeable and without doubt cheapens the film.... it was on course to being a very good film. till prob the best since the original trilogy (im one of the few that enjoyed Alien 3)

Nice Will give my thoughts tonight.

One of the better Alien movies and one of my favourite movies of the year.
