The Bartman has shown tiny flashes of promise in his couple of sub appearances but I would have said he was some distance away from being a first team player. But Rooney knows.

Mornin land lubbers. Just back last night from a 10 hour trip in a small yacht across the Irish Sea from Piel Island to Preston. Fortunately the boat owner had 30+ years of experience as it the wind was force 6 and at times it was like being in a washing machine. Dry land is a very underrated concept and one which I appreciate more now.

Only pride and putting yourself in the shop window to motivate the lads today. Three pointless points today.

If there were stains in my underwear they would be of some other colour. It was either run for home or moor in a "sheltered" spot until Sunday. As we moored in the "shletered " spot on Thursday night and didn't get any sleep it was an easy choice.

Thank you very much for letting me know the team news View. I assume that Ravel will play, I hope so as I quite like him and don't know why.

So Lawrence is no more, one goodish season out of five is a poor return for a player who has talent when he feels like it. One of the many reasons why we are in a mess, buy high and give away. At least Martin didn't cost us any money and did well.

Hope we win, but View is wrong about the weather. I think Mrs View will feel the cold this afternoon in her new Rams shirt. I'll be looking out for a shivering woman.
