Leclerc and Russell now coming out they have more to show for than they showed in testing. Which is what was to be expected. Maybe they are bigging themselves up now, but I think the top 3 will be closer than what we saw in testing

It won’t be until Q3 we find out… even then though the Mercedes performed a lot better in race so it’ll be an unknown until Sunday evening
So P1 shows us what? RB fastest?
Got a very bad feeling about this weekend.
This season can’t be a bore fest. Please…
What can be deduced from that slightly more representative practice 2 session (which will be the conditions for qualifying and race) is that the Mercdes power unit back to being strong, for the customer team Aston to be right up there...using higher engine modes and lower fuel.
If you choose to believe customer teams Haas & Alpha Tauri are pretty much on the pace with Ferrari, ahead of Mercedes by a tenth and only 4 tenths behind RedBulls...then you are living in cloud-cuckoo land.
Encouraging for Aston Martin, but wait and see if the standings still translate in qualifying and races
Could Aston be this season's Arsenal? Good signs from P1. Typical, once Vettel leaves, they look half decent.
Come on alonso, always believed get that guy a half competitive car and watch him go, deserves it after the shambles of mclaren and the last few years
As an Alonso fan I'm trying to keep my hopes in check as Red bull are probably holding back, but you never know.
