That’s not what I’m saying at all.
To the OP, I’m saying that the money spent on players needs to be considered in line with how wages compare alongside trophy winning clubs.
Further, I’m saying Spurs’ level of spending makes your par performance as 5th or 6th.
There’s no reason why you should have expected to win a bunch of cups and I don’t know why you’d think that’s realistic.

Well Leicester won the Prem and the FA Cup, Winston, so explain how that happened on them spending less than lots of clubs?
