Out of the frying pan, into the fire?! 🤣

Not sure who’d get the better deal

They can have ETH if we can get Harry Kane and Kim Min-jae in a straight swap.

Kim would be a disaster, he’s like a calamitous version of Maguire

A JA606 Tumbleweed moment right there!

Manager ain’t the issue. Shocking finishing and match fixing corrupt refs are. Guardiola could comr, play exactly the same way Man City play this season and we would still be 8th.

Now that would have been funny.

It could end up being the case that Tuchel is more suited to United and ETH is more suited to Bayern. Who knows.

Be nice if Bayern have to pay compensation though. Afterall they are the ones who have gone public on changing the manager and we haven't.

I definitely wouldn't be upset if this turns out to be true. Tuchel has managed in the PL before, Chelsea fans like him and wasn't long ago they were saying they'd have him back and he's also won the CL too. We are pretty much rock bottom now. I fail to see how Tuchel can do any worse. Would be a hell of a achievement if he manages to do that.

Tuchel would be a good appointment for United.

posted 2 weeks, 1 day ago

We’d actually be lucky to get someone like Tuchel considering how low our stock is these days. We have so much potential to be such a great side again and we’re starting to take the right steps with upper management. Hopefully they can convince a manager like Tuchel of where we’re going compared to where we are.

Remains to be seen I suppose but it's definitely something I'd get behind. It's worth a go.

We can't carry on with this manager and his coaching team. That much I do know. We are a complete and utter laughing stock and all our rivals want Erik to stay. That tells you everything you need to know.

Losing 7-0 to Liverpool was the beginning of the end. It's slowly gotten worse and worse ever since that day. I just can't see him keeping his job now.

Potential with this squad?! Not even Tuchel can achieve what your little mind is hoping he will achieve. Tuchel has failed to deliver the league for a side that had previously secured the title in 11 seasons in a row before he arrived. That's in a one team league. What makes you think he'll do well for a side that's been lost for a decade?!

And ETH is going to finish below Aston Villa, Spurs, Newcastle and probably Chelsea too yet you think he's worth keeping. 🙃

You are forgetting Tuchel has actually won stuff at PSG where he handled big players and also won the CL with Chelsea too beating Pep in a final. He had a better CV than ETH does. 👍

We've gone through this over and over again, do I still need to explain?!

Tuchel, Pep or Klopp would fail at this club as it currently stands. It's failing in every single area because it is not being operated like a football club. You surely must understand that, you may or may not, that's entirely your choosing.

Even PSG have a winning structure as do Bayern. He's succeeded for one club that's guaranteed to win everything and failed at another club guaranteed to win everything. Hardly a resounding endorsement of his credentials!

ETH may be on borrowed or he may not be, we'll find out over the summer.

Well you've finally said something I agree with. In it's current state we are destined to fail.

But here was me thinking that we've just sacked our CEO, CFO, Director of football etc. So your point makes absolutely no sense anymore because we are changing everything. It's not the same as under the Glazers and their stooges.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

We are changing but the change hasn't happened and it has no track record of success at this club so we are dealing with the unknown. At least with the current set up we know it's cr@p, with that new set up we are "hoping" it better than the current. Again it has no track record of delivering for "this" club. There are far too many unknowns in the equation to start saying it will result in success. All depends what your definition of success is, mine spans many stages and it also means changes in mangers. It is why for stage 1 I would be content with ETH, to coach the squad our new Technical Director and DoF will create. If ETH fails to meet certain milestones then he should be shown the door.

The other unknown is over the ownership structure, 25% is a minority stake. Until Jim has overall control we don't know what the transfer dealings will look like as Glazers will be the ones signing things off.

I didn’t mean with this exact side but there is some good youth players and with the right and accurate investment we can be much better and having a top class coach like Tuchel in there rather than someone like Southgate I’d be more confident of an upward trajectory

Everyone with a brain sadly knows Ten Hag is done and deservedly so

You're happy to carry on with a lame duck manager who the players don't seem to respect, the rival fans love because he's no threat......I just don't get it.

I have seen Bournemouth come to Old Trafford and absolutely wipe the floor with us 3-0. A championship team was a toenail away from inflicting the biggest humiliation on us for decades. We've also lost a game 4-3 where we were winning in the 97th minute. Never been done before. I could continue with lots of these examples.

He deserves the sack and you know it really. You're just having a very hard time coming to terms with it or admitting you were wrong. That's all this is about.

We could easily lose our final 5 games of the season too as none of them are easy at all. What then? Just write it off and pretend it never happened?

We've got to change a lot of the players and I'm totally fine with that. But we have to change this manager too. He ain't it.
