The excellent announcement by the administrators today clears the way for a CVA and sale, well within a couple of weeks id guess.
Ticketus must be gutted;shady deal to maximise their future profit has come back to haunt them; they have no say over future season tickets, they have no preferred status, they are simply a creditor off the club (And even that is doubtful but couldnt be cleared up today or ticketus would have had to see all the bids details).
So ticketus; take a penny in the £ deal....or get sweet FA.
Well played Duff and Phelps. Mr Kennedy the big Blue Shark, time to step in....and bring back Soooooonesssss with you.

Leave it alone,FFS!
Whyte sees himself as preferred creditor, D&P don't-another court case.
Ticketus' contract remains-possibly another court case.
These bids will be conditional

So on this forum we have legal minds who can sort out the problem, which will run in the courts for probably a few years.
Whyte will not simply walk away. He owns Ibrox.
Ticketus will not simply let the administrators cancel their deal. They will fight in court.
HMRC may not simply go for a CVA.
BTW Ticketus will want to fight the case in an English court if it suits. They did the deal in England. This is the first thing which will need to be sorted out. Under which law does all of this take place.
It may be best simply to go for liquidation and get a new start if poss asap.
