Pigs v Chezzie: Judgement Night?

Morning all (Well the few thats here anyway)

I know there are 7 games left for us and that anything can happen still, but what with the darker half of Sheffield having a game in hand seeing as Chezzie had a day out at Wemberly at the weekend, I cannot help but think that tonights result will have some significance for our quest for 2nd place, I can see (sadly) the pigs holding on to 2nd should they overcome the spirerites this evening, plus them having the advantage of playing at home against the bottom of the table side, without being too pesimistic its looking very nervy for us between now and the end of the season, unless the spirerites somehow win them tonight, thus keeping us 2nd and a point ahead (sorry for the "cladge-ism" by the way).

Also theres the "irritation" of the 'Udders also having a game in hand and only 3 points behind, with a better goal difference also, so they are biting our ankles too and unable to shake them off. Their confidence will be high after beating the leaders Charlton at the weekend, so all we can hope for is for 'Udders to carry on their drawing from now till the end of the season. Like Dave Jones said before all we can do is keep winning but I think this is going to be a very nervy period for us.

Finally I'd like to say a big well done to Town over thier cup win, yes they are my home town team and it was nice to see the fans to have somat to cheer about, but i'll be far more intrested in tonights game to give the team I love the chance to maintain our position.

So for tonight only, COME ON CHEZZIE!!
