Ive heard through the grapevine that Rangers have filed an MG01s form to companies house does anyone know the significance of this?
It mentions "you may use this form to register particulars of a mortgage or charge"

Unfortunately for our beloved blue blooded bear brethren Whyte is positioning his assets out of reach of potential creditors and they are his assets. Some are his dad's as well by the way. His name is Thomas.
The Whyte's are now clear to liquidate Rfc(ia) and emerge with assets as they have secured creditor status.

It is the first form you have to fill in in their financial situation. The MG stands for Money's Gone and the s stands for what they are up to their necks in.
