beginnings of a c.v.a?
Pure guesswork and speculation,of course
Aye DC, i find the terms they use confusing so was hoping that there might be someone with a bit of insight.
It's about moving assets between companies. Think 'out of reach'.
count me out then
kerrydales.....where are ya,where are ya
Mordor you may be right but you are always going to put your wee spin on it

Mordor, aye jam in a couple of lines about poverty and rape, that should add to effect.
Unfortunately for our beloved blue blooded bear brethren Whyte is positioning his assets out of reach of potential creditors and they are his assets. Some are his dad's as well by the way. His name is Thomas.
The Whyte's are now clear to liquidate Rfc(ia) and emerge with assets as they have secured creditor status.
Really Mordor? Are you sure your not just drawing the complete worst case scenario out of a form reference?
sure thats the record mordor?
Think I preferred debears herald
Whyte is to sell his shares to the blue knights.
Only 1 of five bids preferred to not go down the liquidation route.
How would you interpret that?
It is the first form you have to fill in in their financial situation. The MG stands for Money's Gone and the s stands for what they are up to their necks in.
Rangers have applied to the sfa for a UEFA club licence.
