Carlo Out - Right or Wrong Decision?

For the right reasons. He is too laid back. Most Of his game plans and tactics are not aggressive enough. Chelsea is an aggressive team and needs an aggressive coach.

You can't expect to win something every year - even Fergie has had his barren years at Utd. If you are thinking long-term, if you are planning for both the present and the future, then you have to give your manager time to try and achieve that. Chopping and changing managers just causes instability within the club and it is difficult to achieve success in such at amosphere.
Chelsea just seem to go out and spend as much money as possible - there needs to be a plan in place and that means showing a degree patience. Having completed the double last year, has Ancellotti suddenly become a bad manager? A very poor decision for me.

Sorry, but that isn't a plan - more thought needs to go into it, yes of course you have to buy players, but also develop the youth system, have a long term strategy. And if this plan of spend, spend, spend is working so well, why go through so many managers in recent years and sack the current one?

More worried about still playing with Lampard game after game after game.

UTD fan in peace... I think it was too harsh and Chelsea seem to chop managers at the tip of anything really!
With no long term manager how will the consistency and fluid football come? You seem to rip through managers every 18 months, that cant be good for morale and the backroom staff don't know if they are coming or going.
What happens if you get someone this year and you guys win the EPL next season and a year later win nothing?? Another sacking???
Kinsang is right, managers might have the odd year or two with nothing or a Carling Cup but they have to be given a longer chance to shine, its don't like Chelsea are bottom of the league! Look at Fergie... 20 odd years and a few off years, still the most successful manager in the world!

Since RA took over you've had one manager we've had 5,excluding Hiddink who was always a temp,In that time we've been your only serious challengers and won just a little less than you.
I'm not sure there is all that much in this stability thing tbh.

Ok so we are close on trophies but lets just say RA has put 600-700 million in to Chelsea to BUY that, we wont have spent anywhere close (due to the fact we don't have it lol).
So you get a new manager this summer and he is told you can have who ever you want to win the Champions League and he does and fails, more money spent trying to emulate class.
