Power Shifts

Hello.

So this season we've heard all the talk about 'Manchester Power Shift' and 'North London Power Shifts'. What happened there?

But the other day I had a thought; are we actually witnessing a Merseyside Power Shift? Everton are ahead in the table at present...

(admins please multiboard to gauge opinions of all teams involved in so called power shifts)
