Yeah of course...a huge power shift for 8th. Dear oh dear, poor wummery at its worst.

It's true.

Everton are definitely the bigger and better Merseyside club now.

The power shift in Merseyside is near completion

I'm apalled at that statement. I am not anti-Liverpool in anyway

It looks to be heading that way.

What's more, with Everton on a shoestring budget while Kenny throws away any money he can get his hands on.

GG

Hopefully you can continue your unbeaten run against Liverpool and rack up another clean sheet when they visit the Liberty

I'd be very disappointed if we didn't...

posted on 11/4/12

Well you outplayed them at Anfield so you ought to be disappointed if you don't. Finishing above them should be a minimum requirement

P.S Good luck tonight as well. Please don't lose

Why would wishing Swansea good luck mean he's afraid of Liverpool?

Umm, not even sure where to start on this one....

a double double whammy, Liverpool get knocked out and Everton win the FA cup, they then drop to 10th and falling 40 odd pts behind UTD....
That means Everton and UTD get an Open top bus Parade.
what a great season for the history books that will be

posted on 11/4/12

Sorry, my bad, thought he was wishing Everton luck against us. Hadn't noticed that the wummery about Everton being better than us was from a Swansea supporter.
Still, we won't need to worry about Swansea wums for too much longer.

What a lousy article!!!

posted on 11/4/12

It's not wummery, it's an honest question.

posted on 11/4/12

There should be a fairly good indicator of who is the best side on Merseyside this weekend.

That can't happen. The Everton fans can't be at the United open top parade and the Everton one at the same time.

I think you're onto something there OP. The power has shifted from Liverpool to Everton. Good detective work. Well done. The power of Everton...sorry can't hold a straight face

As much as I do not like Liverpool, you really are talking a load of bollox.

That said, I do believe that if David Moyes had the kind of money to spend that Liverpool have spent over the last seven or eight years, Everton would have been well above Liverpool for a while now.
