Remember these were voted for by the players in January, so don't take the last 3 months into consideration.

Parker was brilliant up until the new year....

So was Silva.

If Wigan stay up then after this weeks results Martinez should get recognised as a good manager.

I agree, but the main player getting grief was Parker. He must be horrible to play against, so you can see why players vote for him.

Up until new year, Silva, Aguero, RVP were all very good. All have tailed off as the season has gone on though.

Clinton Dempsey & I think sessignon?? Has been fantastic

Allen is very good. But Britton is the English one so he gets the plaudits for passing backwards and sideways. Allen is the catalyst in that midfield two. McEachran should start ahead of Britton but I'd say that anyway

Completely agree TBK, Britton is overrated. The work of Allen and more recently Sigurdsson makes him look much better than he is. He has ZERO goals and assists in the league this season and has only had 3 shots.

RVP or Silva for the main award and pick any from 4 for the young player award!

To those of you who do not understand how the voting works: The players voted in January...........................Scott Parker had a tremendous season up to the middle of February!

My personal choice is RVP, without him and his goals Arsenal would be hovering just above the relegation spots. That is not just my opinion, it is the opinion of Arsenal fans I know!

Up until January, David Silva was enthralling the league with his silky skills whilst RvP was making sure he left the Emirates as a hero by saving Arsenal from an Aston Villa like season.

Pretty sure it's how a player has performed in the previous calander year as opposed to just this season, hence why they vote in Jan

Silva is a good shout actually

United...............Yes it is the calendar year, however how many players are capable of thinking back 12 months?

The ones they vote for are the ones they will have played against in the previous few months would be my guess!
