So Good We Can Trust Them

with the money.
Harveys statement in court today
Myerson asked Harvey, referring to the club's process of printing Bates's articles in the ve the programme: "Is anybody exercising control or is an elderly man being indulged in his vendettas?" Harvey denied that Bates was being indulged in vendettas. Asked if he was "ashamed of any of this", Harvey, who said the various legal actions are costing Leeds "a fortune", replied: "I am certainly not standing here comfortably." The case continues.

So how much money have these 2 idiots wasted

I hope that the judge rules in the Levis favour again
and forces Bates to pay out of his own private funds
and not his LUFC slush fund (read NW's transfer kitty).

Sadly, KB's mouth cannot be tamed.

and the court won't force him to pay out of his own money. Technically it's against the club since he used club media as his megaphone, so we're the ones that will suffer, as usual.

You trying to be dense or does it come naturally? If you read my comment you see I agree with you on Bates...! It's probably because it's so rare (someone agreeing with you that is).

You decided to cause the pause between the two comments you made, by putting in a question mark, I am referring to the second part, the first being a question, the second a statement..

However you put it the statement 'Good businessmen don't go to court over personal vendettas' is incorrect, because they do.

This all makes a mockery of the fit and proper persons test.

The FL should exercise better governance in terms of runs or ruins football clubs it allows in its competitions.

Harvey is ineffective and incompetent in his role, admitting that he is uncomfortable with bates Programme notes. Harvey is meant to be responsible for the Programmes so he should use that responsibility to ensure we're not paying a "fortune " in legal costs (his words under oath yesterday).

Harvey has been through 3 admins now and is fortunate that Bradford admins were before 2004 otherwise he wouldn't pass the fit and proper test.

I hope people start to realize that what some of us have been saying for years - the club is not being properly run - is true and that fans should be demanding change from this regime.

Just read a piece on the bbc sports site regarding Lorimer, saying theres no place on the board ever for fan representation. I laughed at his 'people put a lot of money into the club, so they should decide what to do' statement. bates has put no money into the club ffs and Lorimer needs to get his tongue out of Bates'sarse

Why would a good businessman go to court over a personal vendetta?

Depends who brings the action

Not all the bad ones get done and not only bad ones end up in court.
