Sorry fellow ja606 ers... Been busy at work today, not had a chance to listen to the commentary today.
I listened to NP after the game... and I noticed our possesion was impressive on the BBC website... Other than these facts can anyone provide player ratings ?
And I noticed Jermain was subbed early ?
Thanks, and onward and upward for next season.

Quick google search brought this up.

So elsewhere are discussing it. LUTV will release their full 90 minutes video of the match soon so I'll nab it from there.

OK despite some disgusting racism, there is still no evidence of this fast growing popular folk story - Assuming it is true, why is it so important to you? Are you that desperate to be loved?
I thought you lot were proud to be disliked

It doesn't bother me I was just trying to bring you the facts.
The only parts I know are 100% true is that in order of events.
1. At the kick off he gave a thumbs up to all the Leeds fans.
2. At his first attack when Lonergan slid out and claimed it he gave a really sly Leeds salute.
3. Think it was a corner where Beckford blew kisses with both hands towards the Leeds fans.

Are you suggesting that he is so unprofessional he would deliberately not do his best and would deliberately not score for us when he could have done so because he was playing against Leeds - Pure folly

Am I missing something here - what the hell is a Leeds salute?

three pumps of the arm, we are leeds we are leeds we are leeds. A Leeds fan to me to home game against Forest. did not quite go to plan leeds lost 0 v 4

Cheers Nev.
I assume if it was a Leeds salute it might be an overly confident fist pump before lowering itlimply as you realise you're nowhere near as good a you think you are.

It's actually clenching your fist and banging it against the right side of your chest 3 times wit your elbow at shoulder height. Bangs your chest on the thumb side, not like tarzan

Although the lack of celebrating certainly would have been affected by the fact it's Leeds, many Leicester/Leeds and Everton fans will have noticed he rarely celebrates emphatically when someone else scores.
-----------------------------------
I never noticed it, used to go absolutely mental at Leeds when anyone scored.

What I don't get is why does it matter? Who cares if he gave a Leeds salute? I have no problem at all with it. Imagine if Heskey was playing for Leeds against us, do you not think he would blow kisses and clap the Leicester fans? Of course he would!!
Most importanly here though it was the last game of the season when the game meant nothing, has anybody considered whether he would have done the same had the game meant something to both teams in terms of promotion? I very much doubt it!
Are we really to believe that if he had the chance of a last minute winner that would seal our promotion that he would have missed it on purpose because he wouldn't want to score against Leeds? That's just laughable
At the end of the day he wears a blue shirt and the only time he'll wear white is when we're playing away ha ha
