What's your view?
Personally, I cannot argue with anyone who has not renewed their season tickets. Having attended for over 35 year I feel exactly the same way about the club at this time and my thoughts on the stupidity of Venkean are well documented.
However and in some ways against my better judgement, I have just renewed my tickets. Three in total.
There are many reasons why people may renew, some of which may be highly personal and have little to do with parasites from India and bullshitting Scottish morons.
I see my lad once every two weeks when we go to watch the Rovers. He has had a season ticket since he was 7, but always in the PL. Strangely, he is quite looking forward to seeing different teams and visiting different grounds. I cannot say I am in anyway looking forward to next season, but I will enjoy seeing my son.
For now I think it is worth noting that not all fans renewing their tickets are pledging support to the Venky's and Kean, in fact far from it and should not be blindly criticised purely for renewing.
I was laughed at by some on the forums and on twitter (where my comment was made an example of), by stating after Wigan away in Kean's first season that Kean should be sacked and in the abscence of more qualified alternatives, Nelsen could be made player manager. Those same people aren't laughing now....
I have been one of the Venky's and Keans fiercest critics, way before many Rovers fans cottoned on about the problems we would face. I hated parting with my money this time round for the first time ever, but at the end of the day life goes on and my own personal priorities are to remain in contact with my boy, with shared interests and activities.
No doubt many will not renew and it is hard to imagine a decimated Ewood next season, both on and off the pitch. Happy days indeed.
I hope the clueless chicken pluckers are happy with my cash, because I hated every minute when renewing my season tickets.
I may add I have not been a regular away traveller this season, nor bought from the concourses, or from the club shop. A small financial protest of my own that has lasted 12 months or so. Like I said, I fully understand anyone not renewing their tickets and do not blame them in the slightest. If it was just me that I was concerned about, there is absolutely no chance I would have renewed my season ticket and would have happily busied myself elsewhere until such time as the clueless chicken pluckers had been removed.
Kean Out. Venky's Out. I hope the fans unite to show the watching world exactly what we think of VenKean against Wigan. Bring it on.

Many people are saying that there is no way they would renew whilst Mcleish is at the club. But I would trust him with my life

I have renewed as I can't not?
Rovers are my club that are temporarily under the auspices of venkys with a temporary clown in charge.
See y'all in the championship

I'm moving away in a few months (Well, if my A-Levels come out as I hope) so there's no point in a season ticket anyway. I haven't had one for a couple of seasons now due to work commitments on Saturdays either.
I was thinking about going to the Wigan game, maybe the last time I'd see them for a while live, coupled with it being (probably) our last PL game for a while, but I don't know if I want the current regime to rip the final piece of the club from me before my eyes.
Rovers are within me, in heart and soul, but I don't think I can bear to watch us go down, especially with local rivals celebrating in the away end.

I am not getting one!First time in 36 seasons.I understand where all my old compadres or old Blue and Whites are coming from, its with a heavy heart that I take this stance.Keano will take us to the outer limits of football. He has 3 years to go and we are in freefall with this moron, were going to get some real pastings in the Championship. The future is bleak.

36 seasons Star! Well done. I have not had season tickets during all of my time supporting the club for cost and work reasons over that period, but have had one for over 20 seasons on and off.
I think it is between you, garners and dougie for the oldest fan on here!

I dont get to many home games because of my work abroad.I always fly in at Heathrow and if Rovers are near London I go to the away game.I buy the season ticket to support my club through thick and thin! When I am back in Ossy (Oswaldtwistle)I take my dog Rover over the moors and usually end up at Mcdonalds for a fish filet or burger without sauce and share an ice cream,Rovers and my dog(Rover) are the only pleasures I have in life.I honestly dont know how I will manage next season without my season ticket but as long as this clown is at Ewood I will remain strong and determined. As for Dougie and Garners we are all dyed in the wool Rovers and we will stay so till we die!

"Thanks, stick it with the other loose change that wouldn't even buy me one tenth of a rolex"
If you think the paltry amount we pay for season tickets matters to Venkys you've vastly over-estimated our financial importance.
Season ticket revenue x 5 = Parachute payment revenue.

If you don't pay your money...don't complain surely?
I'm a Rovers supporter..not Venkys or Kean.
I would still attend whatever division we are in(and have) so I have to make a choice, save money(less to Venkys) by renewing my S/T.
Or go through the hassle and added expense of buying a ticket every other week.
no brainer sorry.
I don't have to like it though
