Wayne Rooney's goal last season against Man City has been voted best Premier League goal ever. Wow, it wasn't even best goal of the season let alone best of the PL. I'm not saying it isn't a very good goal, but surely there are many better out there, such as Rooney's volley Vs Newcastle and I could go on.

Yep, definitely a shin. It hits the white tape or whatever it is that is wrapped around his leg, and that is wrapped around his lower shin.
