Transfer Market

With Warnock at the helm there seems to be a confidence that he can do the business in the summer. That he knows what type of player wants and theres a real sense of urgency ( as hughlighted by signing Pearce before the playoffs have finished ).

Yet with Grayson there was no confidence whatsoever, every summer was dreaded because whether it was down to the lack of funds or the inability at identifiyng targets the majority of players brought in were sub par.

I feel unnerivingly optimisitc, and it could all collapse in an instant but I have faith in Warnock and hope for good things next season

I never once said it was his only failing.

But now Grayson has left and been replaced by a decent manager it's reasonable to expect an improvement.

It's not that reasonable, most of his failings are likely to limit Warnock as well.

Marko, just don't bother. Everyone has tried and failed to get some kind of sense out of Clive, but when every other word that comes out of his mouth is "Grayson", it's just not worth it.

Well done for trying though. x

I've done it all before on not606 before he was banned for his pointless ramblings. I figured with Grayson gone and him saying sensible things on here occasionally that he might have let it go a bit since Grayson got sacked. But nope. He's just another bates apologist like the rest of the clowns on here, they've all got their own opinions of what is wrong and they all try their hardest to divert the blame away from the only common factor in our 8 years of stagnation, in an attempt to pile it on whatever is their chosen scape goat. Most of them are Grayson.

No doubt if Warnock fcuks it up with his own squad, it will still be Grayson's fault somehow. x

but never bates fault. never.

Except for hiring Grayson, of course. x

Ye. it's bates fault for hiring Grayson, and Grayson destroyed the squad beyond repair so not even Warnock could fix it. He's so predictable.

but the "never bates fault ever" applies to half the posters on this board.

I can't believe the amount of effort some people put in to defending a man they claim to hate.
