Just wanted to state the obvious....the very best team won the league. When we scored our 3rd against WBA i turned all my attention to your game and for the last 20 odd minutes i was a City fan...cursing the players for putting themselves in that position, willing them to come back and win the match,demanding mancini make the necessary changes,getting a wee bit optimistic after dzeko's equaliser and of course the massive elation when aguero showed incredible composure to take on those players and score at such a time in the face of such pressure.
For the first time in 3 seasons the best team won the EPL...there were no talks of dubious penalties given or dubious referees(hi, Agent Webb) or unwarranted injury time, all of which united have been embarasingly guilty of.
Well done City and enjoy your time at the top cos next season the gunners will be champions.

Maybe its the fact you have gone 7 years without a trophy is making you dillussional.
congrats to city, they won the league and deservedly so, but united deserved it the previous two years..why?? because the table doesnt lie after 38 games.

its a sad day mate when your sat there with a woody over a team winning the league over us (and deservedly so i may add) because your team couldnt get the job done.
what you need to do is sit there and take a look at where it all went wrong for arsenal instead of worrying about utd or city, because i guarantee we'll be fighting it out again for the title while your struggling to make another top 4 finish

I especially enjoyed the picture clichy tweeted of him and nasri with the cup and the tag line - enough said. Clearly a dig at all the arsenal fans who slated them for going. At the end of the day they were right.
Fair play city tho.they have been on top form to nick it back and in fairness it was only close yesterday because the monster that is toure went off. He doesn't get injured and you win that game comfortably. So in a way we were lucky it went that close. Although i rather you had won comfortably.

I agree that City were the best team and deserved the title but this author is a bitter gooner with a massive chip on his shoulder about Man United.
If I was to sink to his level I could go on about Henry being 5 metres offside the last time Arsenal clinched the title (though this author may not be old enough to remember that far back, to be fair).
Anyway, if Utd had won the league then it would have felt like a hollow victory tbh because City have been the better team this season. I know they say that the team which wins the league always deserves it but we would not have deserved it this year even if we'd won it imo.
Also, I'm glad the trophy is staying in Manchester!
