I hope you're right,but at this moment in time i find it hard to see an improvement for next year.

Bellers is spent,carra's times up,stevie is no longer a force,maxi and kuyt look like they'll be moved on,reina has not instilled any confidence for the last 18 months,so all in all real quality has to be bought,not squad fillers.

Fingers crossed on something to lift the stagnation.

Gerrard has 9 goals and 5 assists in 21 games so I'm not sure why you think he has not delivered.

Reina has cost us 10 points this season.

Bit of pace and having a full season out of Gerrard, Suarez and Lucas with the others kicking on a touch and we'll be fine.

Too many drama queens on here. Some people seem to revel in the possibility of upheaval and chaos, because of Kenny is sacked then that is what will happen. If a new manager comes in I guarantee half way through the season we'll be trotting out the same 'we're in transition' articles. How about starting a season with no excuses, having only bought 2/3 signings in key areas?
