Well it was expected; i guess we will know in 48hrs if he continues or not. It wouldnt suprise me if he is given an ultimatum that unless the league is vastly improved upon or at least we challenge for 4th then he will be replaced.

I say give him the start of next season, and if he doesn't have us high in the table around December/January then bring in Rafael Benitez, and move Kenny into a different role.

I think they will sack him. Either now or just give him the whole season - don't want to chop and change managers during the mid season.

Do it now so the new manager can build a team or don't do it at all.

It's the end of the season, so I'd say it was perfectly normal for them to meet up. Don't think Kenny would fly over there if he thought he was for the chop. Too much reading between the lines IMO.

the king kenny lovers will be dissapointed but that is the reality.
he spended 110m on dross and finished 8th cruel facts.

You know how obstinate he can be. I can just imagine him saying 'if you want rid of me you can come here and do it'!!

I think he will no longer be manager, but will still be at the club in some capacity.

Surely he only wasted 70mil, or am i being stupid and forgetting someone - carroll, henderson, downing?

When Comolli flew over he also got sacked.

Thats all we got to go by

I think he'll be kept on but not get much money to spend.

i think there's a very good chance he's gonna go. when any one summons you to them for crunch talks, you know your in the dog house. it would be a very brave move from FSG and huge pressure on whoever comes in.

FSG always planned to meet up with Kenny and discuss things at the end of the season.

Well if he won't have much money to spend, results won't improve drastically next year,so if that's the case are FSG saying if they get a new manager he will have more to spend???
Very very confusing times again at anfield!!

Do you honestly think that the performances we have put in have yielded the points they have deserved.

Personally I've never seen a season like it. We now hold records for the number of MoM by an oppo keeper vs us and the amount of peno's missed. We hit the bar and post 33 times I think.

I believe he will still be manager next season.

I think they will discuss what has gone right, what has gone wrong, what needs to be done in the future.

I don't believe we need a big transfer budget to improve drastically next season in the league.

Hang on... Our pre season is in America right?

Kenny goes over, talks to the board, sees the facilities available, maybe even throws the first pitch at a redsox match..

awareness of Liverpool football club in the states to grow.

They ain't gonna sack him.. Otherwise they'd come here to do it.

Over a 38 game season you get what you deserve.

You've not scored enough goals, because your finishing hasn't been good enough over the course of a full season.

To say it's down to bad luck, the woodwork & coming up against Billy the Fish every week, is delusional.

No. They said a while back that they'll meet up with Kenny at the end of the season to discuss next season.
