Gutted

I'm not going to sit here and moan about chelsea being lucky because that's not what i want to talk about. Let them enjoy their cup but i don't want to talk about Chelsea. What i want to talk about is how gutted i am that we have had our champions league spot snatched away like this. We all knew the potential outcome but nothing can prepare you for the feeling when it actually happens.

In a way it's like someone has just said "you won the lottery" , hands you a ticket and you get that excellent feeling only for the ticket to be snatched away a few days later. I honestly think Uefa ned to look at this and send 5 English teams through. We have come through a bloody tough period this season but worked hard to get 4th. Why should we give up our place for the champions league winners? This rule was only introduced in the last few years so i'm sure Uefa can bend the rules and stick 5 english teams through.


I do blame ourselves aswell because we were the ones who had the 13 point gap and had 3rd basically done and dusted, we messed that up in true spectacular spurs style and it didn't help that the whole of the nation were touting Redknapp for the england job but we had 3rd and it should be Arsenal in this position today but instead it's the usual Tottenham Hotspur rotten bad luck and it's us who feels like s hit. I have said this before and i will say again, we are cursed as a club and there is a rotten Tottenham disease that lingers especially during the period that i have been a spurs fan. Only Tottenham can lose a CL spot because of circumstances like this. Everton kept their spot remember and 5 english teams went through when Liverpool won it because the rule weren't introduced at the time. We don't get luck like that though.



Anyway i want to discuss with my fellow spurs fans today on the feeling right now because we are all in the same boat. I ain't got time for WUMS and if you WUM on this article then i will delete you, COYS!!!
