Here's an idea.

Right, apparently Eden Hazard will choose between Chelsea, Manchester United and City after the friendlies he plays for Belgium in the near future.

Interestingly, I believe the final one is against England at Wembley, and I was wondering:
1) Do you think that he will be booed for his mercenary-esque behaviour in this transfer market?

2) Would you personally boo him? Do you condone it?

I'm not entirely sure if he will get booed, but I would find it absolutely hilarious if he was. If I didn't find watching England painful then I might turn up and start it

How do you mean "backup"?

During the game if our wingers aren't creating the chances and being harrased by the fullbacks I feel a tactical game changer will be used for Hazard to be able to create chances for us through the middle rather than out wide basically.

So would that mean Hazard would be playing as a winger, with a change to move him centrally? Or starting him centrally, with Nani and Valencia on the wings, for example, and then changing things around to move the ball more centrally if things aren't going well out wide?

Regarding the latter case, it would be a waste of Hazard's talent, as well as going against what he wants from his new club, imo.

Sorry if this is coming across as annoying, I'm just interested to see how and where he would fit in at United.

That is exactly what I was getting at mate, we change our tactics through a certain time in the game to create chances through the middle rather than out wide. We've lacked a Plan B for ages, and we have had some goals scored through the middle sometimes but it's not enough. Hazard would get the creativity going more than normal.

But that goes back to the second point I was making.

Hazard wouldn't want to join a club where he'd effectively be a Plan B, imo, and besides, at £35m, he'd be a very expensive Plan B.

I can't see, at the moment, how you could fit two wingers, plus Rooney and Hazard in the same team, without having Hazard as the back-up to the wingers (which would not make His Royal Belgianness happy), or the wingers as back-up to Hazard (which would mean a complete change in how United play their football).

Well maybe there will be a complete change, our fans have been wondering how he'll fit into the side and I've racked my brains and came up with what I said before. Just have to wait and see.

He didn't play 'number 10' he played wing. I watched like every game. He was primarily on the wing simply allowed a lot more freedom

He isn't a winger that'll run down the wing and put a cross in but a lot of wingers aren't like that. Man U like those kinda wingers which I think it's strange they're after Hazard unless they're changing style.

This is pretty much the point I was trying to make.
