I would just like to state that i am not entirely fulfilled with confidence in the possible appointment of Rodgers.
If he is, he will get my half support because he is the manager of our club but i will be keeping a very close eye on him. No faulty moves Mr. Rodgers
I am firmly in my belief that Rodgers is just benefiting from an awesome system already in place at Swansea and he is still to prove himself away from Swansea. See Reading before and Watford....i think
If Rodgers is appointed then our DOF or Sporting Director MUST be the cream of the crop because i dont think Rodgers has any idea of he suppose to play football.
Im done
B. Rodgers

It was only little more than 2 months ago that Whelan said in the press that he wanted to have a meeting with Martinez about performance and team selection.
I can see the logic in going for a young manager who's teams have exceeded expectations and play good football. It's a risk, given that Rafa's shadow looms large and could be used as a stick to beat the owners if he took another job and the new guy doesn't meet their top 4 expectations
