I have seen many articles on our new and possible signings being made by our technical guys/Abaramovich but does anyone not think that these signings and future one's are actually being guided and sanctioned by the new manager.
I am firmly in the camp that the new man is already in place be it RDM or whoever.
I am sure Hazzard/Marin and possible Hulk and any other player we sign would of asked who the manager is and I think they have been told or knew who it was during negotiations.
As I said these are not just CFC signings, we have a manager who has either picked these players or sanctioned there transfers.
Apart from Marin who I beleive we had an agreement with last season to join us.
Manager will be named I would say within next 2 weeks and well before we return to training.
IS THE NEW MANAGER ALREADY IN PLACE?

Agree with click, Capello would be at the bottom of my list. I'd also find it very hard to warm to him as a manager and we know how a good man-manager is key at chelsea
Rdm
Guardiola
Blanc
would be my order

Blanc i'm a bit less sure about; his Bordeaux side collapsed when the real pressure was on
imo a good fit for france but after Scolari i am very wary about an international manager taking the reigns, particularly one so inexperienced
