Gerrard looked tired at the end of the France game, as did Parker.
It's fair enough to say these guys are top athletes but they're playing against other top athletes and a few percentage points difference in terms of fitness can make all the difference.
It also increases the risk of injury so Gerrard and Parker should definitely not play a full 90 against Ukraine, ideally 45 each max.

There's absolutely no point in rotating the squad. Even if we rested the whole forst 11 and got through we'll still be destroyed by Spain in the next round.
Let's at least make sure we at least qualify from the group so we're not completely humiliated as a footballing nation
