Normally i wouldn't get to excited if this was printed out in the Sun and but the Guardian are a respectable newspaper and are basically saying AVB will be the next spurs manager.

I'm really happy with this to be honest and i said anyone out of Laurent Blanc or AVB would be an excellent appointment. I know all the doom and gloom spurs fans will continue to talk about his chelsea reign but i really don't care because chelsea wouldn't of paid all that money for him in the first place if he weren't a very talented manager. People love to speak about his chelsea nightmare but fail to mention the absolute superb job he did at Porto but i won't get into that again. I particularly like some of the points in this Guardian article mainly ....
"Tottenham's new manager, though, will be granted a large transfer kitty to reshape the squad in his image, and it stands to be even larger if Modric were to leave. The priority area is centre-forward" .........
I'm pretty excited about the new appointment and i think Levy will back him in the market just like they suggest here. Thoughts? COYS!!!!
AVB is our man according to the Guardian
