blue kenyan, is that a because you think AVB could be a success?
Don I agree that the guardian is one of the few sports sections worth the paper it's written on
Chronic, i know you're with me on the positive train, how you feel about the AVB appointment? Risk i know but o'm pretty optimistic about this
blue kenyan, it's about half and half with chelsea fans. Some Chelsea fans just think he will flop at spurs and are happy he is coming but others geniunely think he will suit spurs and prove a major success....
Don. I am with you buddy. There are no perfect candidates. I can pick holes in any manager. If levy chooses avb then i see his thinking and will back him. Let's get it done soon though ffs !!
chronic, couldn't agree more mate. AVB is not perfect by any means but out of all the realistic candidates, i think AVB fits the bill for spurs and is the best option along with Blanc.

sandy Raptor ....glad you're with me on the positive train
I'm quiet excited to see what type of players he will get. Atleast we can forget about you're Joe coles, Rio ferdinands etc etc
Don........... i would prefer Blanc to AVB but whoever comes they need to be able to spend big.. release the funds and push on .. Modric will go but no way will we sale Bale and only City could afford him anyway
Don.......... wheres my
,
Couple stats on AVB people say he's clueless defensively
11 This is the number of shots Chelsea conceded on average each game in the league under Andre Villas-Boas—the lowest of any team in the Premier League.
Yet they have still managed to concede more goals than five other teams, namely Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United, Everton and Sunderland.
At Stamford Bridge, the Blues have conceded the second lowest amount of shots per game, nine, behind only Arsenal who conceded 8.8 on average.
Away from home, Chelsea concede 12.4 shots, again the second lowest, this time behind league leaders Man City.
we r, dosen't bother him who comes out of them, i think they are both talented young managers that fits the bill at tottenham perfectly and i am optimistic which ever one comes. I certainly wouldn't be optimistic if it was Martinez ....I agree, he needs to be backed and i can't wait to see what type of players he will go for. Couldn't careless about Modric anymore to be honest, let's get the funds and start building the team up.
we r Sorry mate, i wrote it before you come on the article
i'm just not feeling it...sorry guys....the poo squat for starters...bloomin ridiculous.....nothing more than strutting attention seeking...
the mac....NONCE!!!!
but as always....if its too vbe...its to be...
messiah, people love to mention his short chelsea spell but fail to acknowledge his superb job he did at porto where he broke all sorts of records including not losing a match in over 50 games.
Junction, get off my positve train You're ticket has expired.
Don................... ,. let you off .................
I just think AVB will be under pressure straight away and i think Blanc would be the better manager but with the risk of running off to Utd in a couple of yrs time if he does well ..
