Downing & Bendtner

If Arsene really wants Stu Downing then he should offer Bendtner plus 6 or 7 million job done

"Maybe you should question why Stoke want ts touch Crouch with a bargepole (excuse the pun), instead."

I think it's to speed up retrieving the ball from the tops of the Britania's stands.

Their aim is to get the average for throw-ins under 20mins next season.

Plus, they could probably fund the Crouch transfer through the sale of all the ladders they currently rely on alone.

JohnJensensGoal,

I imagine they'll just ask Crouch to stand in the box and Delap will fling the ball into his face hoping it ricochets into the goal.

Then its probably good money well spent.

See Taxman, what do you know?

"The football world would differ."

Not really. In fact if he was English and moving to another PL club he would probably go for more. Fact of the matter is no matter what you think of him he is a young talented footballer and with a regular spot in any team in his favored position he will make assists and score goals and score all types of goals at that. You only have to look at his record with us in 09/10 when he came back from injury he either scored or assisted a goal in each of every game he started in.

I'm glad he is going abroad because there is less chance of him to come back and inevitably haunt us like all our ex players seem to do.

If he is, then this is one of the worlds best kept secrets.

I'm not going to get into a repetitive argument with you ChuckleBro. Being a Spurs fan I'm not surprised you don't rate him (most Arsenal fans don't even rate him) but there are plenty of clubs in Europe that have tried to sign him in the past and when he does inevitably leave this Summer I'll be expecting an apology from you when the transfer fee is announced.

Milan and Bayern have bid big money for him before so once again you are wrong.

If this were true:

a) Wenger would have snapped their hand off.
b) Bendtner would have snapped their hand off.

Bendtner didn't want to leave. He signed a contract with us later that Summer.
