Ledley King underwent a successful arthroscopy on his left knee last night (Monday).
The defender is expected to rest for up to 10 days before progressing to full activity within a further 10 days.

Always rated Ledley King, IMO he's the best English defender and even better than Vidic but his career was blighted by injuries

He has the pace,awareness,strength,good on the ball,can use both feet comfortably and he times tackles to perfection.

I can't be assed to google it so what is an arthroscopy? Is it just keyhole camera stuff with sucking stray bits of bone/cartiledge out?
Wonder why he didn't have this at the end of last season. Then he could go on the tour and be as fit as he can be for the start of the new season.

still say's that ledders is the best centre back he's faced,only player that could stop him without kicking him.
would always just come in and nick the ball of ya toe.
king very rarely goes too ground,the best sign of a gr8 player.
