Once again BWFC are determined to screw up any good will I may have towards them.
I received a letter today concerning the payments for mine and my little lad's season tickets.
Basically the gist of it is that they couldn't get my details in line for the June the 26th payment so have arbitrarily moved me onto a 7 month payment plan with payments hiked to the neck end of 60 quid a month.
I shall be protesting this as strongly as I can; they have payment plans for 8, 9, and 10 months running and I want to know why they either A: won't give me an 8 month plan encompassing 1 month after it would have ended normally, or B: won't switch me to one of the 9 month plans and knock off a month effectively giving me my 8 month plan!
I know this might sound like nit picking but it's all going to prove something my dear departed dad once told me.
"It's not the football that will break your heart, it's how the club treats the fans."
I'm beginning to agree.
They've not even contacted me to ask what my son's name is so he can have it on his ticket. Something which I'm sure you'll agree is ultra important to a nine year old getting his first season ticket.
Anyway, as the ticket office was closed I'm going to get a call back apparently. I'll keep you updated as to how I get on.

In a lot of industries you'd have to beg..
BWFC doesn't have the supply and demand with excellent product 'model'
Speak to a 'human' and hopefully it can be sorted.
They can't mess us about bud, we are the chosen few!!!!

The problem with the ticket office is that they are very reluctant to escalate any problems that they might have caused themselves.
All you're after here is a bit of goodwill and use those emails addresses to get it noticed and resolved quickly.
It doesn't matter how you got them. The fact that you have them means they will go right to the relavent person with a remit to resolve it.

I mean the normal fans don't suffer...
It's the extra 6 tickets for Aunty Doris and little Peter that cause the issues!!!
