Anyone listen to the phone in on talksport this morning? I was shocked and a little ashamed of the Everton fans that called in, basically showing a complete lack of knowledge. Every monetary figure they quoted was (I'm pretty sure) incorrect, moaning about Kenwright not 'showing us the books', etc etc. They obviously do not delve very deep into our clubs own website!
We were given a platform to say our piece and these ill-informed fans let us down IMO. The issue is not that the board is fiddling us, the accounts are there, we know we have no money. The questions that should have been raised is how much is BK asking for the club? why are we never informed about what parties may be interested etc etc. Wasted opportunity. Good news for the long suffering fans.
The board have declared they will give the full story out regarding the sale price,the full amount of the debt,why the manager,season after season has no money to spend,the names of the dozens of prospective buyers who they have had sale talks with,the truth about Christopher Samuelson and Fortress Sports,the Russian oligarchs son et al.

So, not only did you leave a deliberate typo in your post, you then highlighted your typo (albeit on the wrong board), not to distract from your typo but to deliberately draw attention to it, brilliantly ironically because I had left an accidental typo in an post to which you highlighted.

£15 million difference in labour?
£6 For a labourer,minimum £15 for a tradesman.
The difference in build costs would be a lot more than £15 million.
I will give you Eastlands though,i wasn`t aware of the build costs for that,thanks for the link.
