The little black rubber chips/balls get fackin everywher and my knees are constantly burnt from slide tackling on it. Also if its raining the chips get stuck to ball and when you header it they go in yer facking eyes. Pain in the erchie.

Still picking ash out of my legs 40 years on. The temporary blindness came from the lime they used to line the pitch.

Great times, todays youngsters would never understand.
