Well well well...the plot thickens! The England test team could not have been have been tweeting during the test but Alex Hales surely could have been!
If Broad is proven/admits to being involved, what happens with him? Does KP return to playing tests and everything is a-ok or is Broady's place under threat now?

why wasnt swann dropped for publishing a book slating some of his colleagues ?
would this be classed as 'causing disruptions' in your office murdoch, or would this just be part of getting the job done ?

HM is merely talking about most office environments in the UK.
Most of us don't live in tge pathetically over PC world where you are a bully for doing anything.

We're hardly going to write a book about each other, but you seem to be missing the point I was making.
We'd just slate them back.
Swann made the comments, but that was possibly an incident in isolation.
KP's drama seems to have been unfolding over a much longer period, and clearly has had a negative effect on team morale.
It would appear that Swann's book did not.

i cant quite understand what you're saying.
are you saying that :
a) bullying in the work place doesnt exist
or
b) bullying in the work place should not be addressed
?
whatever it is you are saying i dont think i agree with it.
i agree that we are over pc on some issues, but to say that bulllying in the worlplace should be allowed is ridiculous imo. it is also ridiculous to advocate employers ignoring employment laws, not least because it leaves them liable to being sued.

Please do not confuse bullying with banter. I never for one second suggested anyone gets picked on. We're all big boys and girls, and are all fully equipped to deal with the banter.

i'm not aware of employment laws being aimed at making banter illegal, so i dont understand your plea.
this conversation has been about bullying and the laws which are in place to prevent it.
if you agree with me that bullying in the workplace should be dealt with and that employment laws should be adhered to, then there's nothing left to discuss on that matter so far as I can see.

I don't think Swann had written anything provocative, merely that Pietersen wasn't captain material. Like I said, he should not have written it while he was still playing in any case but to drop him over that is silly.

What I am saying for example is banter is banter - If you give it, you must take it.
For example, my biological dad returned to Asia before I was born. I found out about him 5 years ago. I get a few friendly jokes about it - nothing racist, just banter.
I take it as a laugh.

Regarding bullying I compleyely agree with you. My point is people call everything bullying nowadays. Bullying is shocking and tends to be performed by insecure people who may have been bullied themselves.
My point was it is too often used as an accusation.
I am sorry if I didn't explain that right.

Has anyone read Mr Hendersons "diva" article on KP in the Mail?

I cannot believe this was published. Its a disgrace. It looks to me like a cricket correspondent sucking up to one of the England contributors to put this out in the public domain.
This is what is so tragic about the whole thing. It makes English cricket look horrible, just like a playground
