How many players will we have left for selection after this old man is done picking fights with everyone?

Perhaps Trap has a more sinister motive, perhaps he is trying to rule out every single player for selection until we are left with just four players: McShane, O'Dea, Andrews and Whelan. That will wreck havoc with the team's performances, ensuring less fans go to games, meaning Delaney has to spend less of his €400,000 salary on buying fans pints!

People may think I'm overreacting because a draw against Serbia is not a bad result. That's not what I'm complaining about. Because what I'm complaining about is this man's resistance to change. His refusal to even consider the likes of Ciaran Clark or Alex Pearce. His baffling decision to play so many players out of position. And the worst thing of all is the inevitability that come the qualifier against Kazakhstan next month we will see more of the same along with some of Trap's 30+ players.

Time to change, we may even be able to salvage something out of the next campaign if we get rid of Trap early.
