Yes seeing Nadal out of US Open is sad and you can love him or hate him but you can't deny that any Grand Slam without Rafa is not the same with Rafa in it and less interesting to watch without him.
I just want to say that now this theory that Nadal was feigning any injury has proved wrong as he has withdrawn from US Open and he won't do that if he was bluffing.
Anyway I want to see either Federer or Andy Murray win US Open as I don't want Djokovic to win US Open.
It will be good to see even a youngster win US Open but it will be won by either Murray,Federer or Djokovic.
Rafael Nadal should now take time to recover from his injury and not try to make an early comeback.I think he should just wait until November to come back from his injury or even next year just before the start of Australian Open.
I think that overall Rafael Nadal will end up with 14 Grand Slams with 2 more French Open titles and 1 Wimbledon crown.

I find watching Nadal play no different to watching pain dry,so I wont be missing him
Even though he may bring variety to the game,I actually think the game is better off without his cheating ways.At least we know the game will be played fairer with no dubious MTO or seeing Nadal being coached by his uncle from the stands
Its been a wonderful summer without him

Well done Veejay for making ridiculous comments!
Nadal gets coached by Tony during the match? No as I also watch his matches and nothing happens in those matches!
Nadal doesn't take many MTO and many other players do take them so its well within the rules of the game!
Surely you can't see that as you are blinded by your hatred towards Rafa!

Agree with that OP. He brings a whole new kind of style to tennis and I have never seen anything wrong with that.
The other players are lucky that they can avoid a hard match with him, but there are other players out there who will make sure we get a great Grand Slam.
May the best man win

Maksi did you see Castle? You didn't tell whether you saw it and if you did see that series did you like it?

He was not going to win it anyway. Two years and nothing won on HC or grass for Nadal.
