I've asked for some advice about getting to Anfield in recent weeks but just found out that time is pretty limited between getting from the train station-getting to the stadium. I've been told about the soccer bus, but was just wondering how far from Lime street that is to get and whether it runs up until kick off?
I'll have about 45 minutes to get from the station to the ground. Thanks

Walk. Getting a taxi won't be easy plus the pilgrimage to anfield with thousands of fellow fans is an experience and not to be missed.

Hate to break it to you but the match is away at West Brom... It's a bit further from lime street, you might even need the train!

This is very true, I think you may find the pilgrimage to Anfield quite a lonely experience

Very true, and the first time you see/hear/feel the Kop in full swing will stay with you forever.

It'll be my first game, won't go into explaining why but after supporting the club for 13 years I can't begin to say how much Im looking forward to it. Seems surreal in all honesty.
