Basically someone can post their current status ie weight/BF% and what their target is, ie drop/gain X pounds. If people want I can record this in the OP so everyone can see and keep track so for example,

No longer as big a gym rat as am more sport focused however could I use this for athletics and bodyweight?

Just seen this...
6ft, 164lb, body fat around 15-16%
Bench atm for sets 65kg, not tried a maximum
Deadlift as of yesterday 80kg but confident could do more

Im down to 7% body-fat and weigh 10st 9.
I was at 9% body-fat just before the summer (when I bulked for 2 months) and weighed 10st.
