May be a blessing in disguise. Not looking to WUM but if Sahin is really going to Liverpool over Arsenal I don't think they should be as gutted as they're making out.
A lot of people are seeing him as a direct replacement for Song which I find totally bizarre. A creative central midfielder, an almost Fabregas-esque type player, replacing their only first team defensive midfielder? While he would benefit Arsenal they already have plenty of attacking options and Cazorla looks like he can fill the role.
My gut feeling is if Arsenal miss out on him they'll go for M'Vila, a much more appropriate signing to fill their needs, although it may be too late to do the deal and they may have to wait until January.
While I don't think Sahin is necessairly what Liverpool really need positio-wise, he has the quality to help kickstart their rebuliding for top four this season.
Overall I don't think Arsenal should be too upset if they miss out, it is a one year deal and I don't think it will do much to help them push up the table (I'm prediciting third/fourth for them depending on whether it's Chelsea or Arsenal who end up with the most flop signings).
Arsenal Missing Sahin...

Sahin is nothing like Fabregas. Cazorla is the closest players to Fabregas that Arsenal have.

Someone thinks that Arsenal WILL finish ahead of Liverpool by more than 20points THIS SEASON, its ok! Is it known to be true or to have exsisted or happened? The problem is declaring his thoughts as a fact. Son, the reason you have a head is so that you can make use of it! So, the seer should tell us the results of this weekends fixtures and declare them facts...........or put his talent to good use........ betting!

M'vila would be great for any prem team. He dominated the england midfieild by himself when they played france

I suppose this is sarcasm? Because M'Villa wasn't at Euros?
Unless you mean the pointless friendly last year and even then, he was distinctly average.

I meant he wasn't in the match at the Euros as M' VIllawas injured.
