Rumour has it that Sterling is to start against City today. I thought he played well against Hearts first half, not too sure about starting him today though. Big step up in quality. Thoughts?

I hope he does to be honest.
Young players throughout the club need to see good performances being rewarded.
Sterling was good on Thurs while Downing was dire against West Brom.
Let's see how he does under more pressure in a big game.

He won't let the side down if he starts. He's raw but can be very effective. It also sets a marker down for our other Academy players that progression is possible.
