Sterling was good on Thurs while Downing was dire against West Brom.
Let's see how he does under more pressure in a big game.

He won't let the side down if he starts. He's raw but can be very effective. It also sets a marker down for our other Academy players that progression is possible.
Certainly more effective than Downing.

What a day for the lad at 17 years old, pray he does himself justice
Would be delighted with that line-up Coates deserves a chance as does Sterling.

He has hardly put a foot wrong so far in his Liverpool career!!
